sara created a lovely experience for my wife and i. she anticipated our needs and ensured our comfort. sara offered helpful local tips and showed genuine kindness. her dedication left a lasting impression.

the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours! though it did not significantly impact my stay.

The hotel is set back away from the beach. it provides a shuttle every 5-10 minutes. the main pool is fantastic. It offers much sun and buildings surrounding each side.

the room was spacious and modern. (a definite plus)

the minibar was not consistently restocked. it seemed to be filled only when i was in the room, either napping or showering. when i spent the entire day outside the room, it was not refilled. the a la carte restaurant also presented problems. our reservation, made days in advance, was not recorded.

the facilities had first class cleanliness. i made extensive use of the modern spa and fitness areas. i recommend a visit to the beach front hotel affiliated to the hotel. the chatauxbriand there was among the best i have ever eaten.
